Garrity Woodland

This 88 acre parcel contains a historic cemetery near its eastern entrance, extensive wetlands at the center, a hardwood forest, and an impressive steep and tall ledge on its western boundary.  Visitors are advised that bow hunting is allowed on Garrity Woodland from October through January. We recommend that you wear a day-glow or safety orange vest and hat while visiting during hunting season.

There are no marked or maintained trails on this property.  Please be aware that archery and crossbow hunting is permitted on the Garrity Woodland property.

Please follow the rules and regulations of the Glocester Land Trust while visiting this property.

Directions: Garrity Woodland is on Abasalona Hill Road, a half mile north of Putnam Pike (Route 44), in the Harmony village area. Off road parking is available.
